1. Who we are
Riviera Prive Travel LLC, doing business as Prova, is the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: privacy@yourprova.com
2. What we collect
- Account and access: your email address and access code.
- Your materials: your first name, your CV, and the job description you provide.
- The session: your live video and audio during the interview, which is not recorded; a written transcript of the conversation; and automated written observations from the video about eye contact, whether you appear to be reading, gestures, posture, and attire.
- Your scorecard: the assessment generated from the above.
- Technical data: access events with a pseudonymised IP address, browser type, and timestamps.
3. Why we process it
To run your interview, generate your scorecard, let you retrieve it later, manage access codes and payments, keep the service secure, and improve the product using aggregated, non-identifying statistics. Where a legal basis is required, we rely on your consent for the interview and visual analysis, and on our legitimate interest in running and securing the service.
4. Automated processing
The interviewer is an AI. No human is present on the live call. Your scorecard is generated by AI from the transcript, your materials, and the visual observations. It is a practice tool, not a decision about you, and no employer receives it from us. A human at Prova may read your transcript and scorecard only to resolve a support request or a fault.
5. Who processes your data
We use these providers, each under contract:
- Tavus, Inc. (USA) — runs the live video interview and the interviewer's conversational AI, and produces the transcript and the visual observations. Tavus receives your first name, CV, job description, and live video and audio. Video is not recorded. Tavus processes the session under its own privacy policy, which may allow use of data to improve its service unless we agree otherwise in writing. When you ask us to delete your data, we delete what we hold and ask Tavus to delete your session.
- Anthropic, PBC (USA) — receives the transcript, your materials, and the visual observations on every attempt to generate a scorecard. There may be more than one attempt for a single report: an attempt can fail after the data has been sent, and we may regenerate a scorecard to correct a failure or a fault. Each attempt sends the same material again. Anthropic does not use API inputs or outputs to train its models.
- Neon (database) and Render (application hosting), both USA — store the data described above on our behalf.
- Stripe — receives your payment details directly. We do not see your full card number.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with employers, recruiters, or advertisers.
6. International transfers
Your data is processed in the United States. If you are in the UK or EU, we will use appropriate transfer terms with our providers.
7. How long we keep it
- Transcript, scorecard, and your materials: 12 months from your interview, then deleted.
- Email and access-code records: 12 months after the code is last used.
- Access logs: held by our host for its default period, typically about 30 days. We do not control that clock.
- Payment records: as required by tax law.
8. Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion. Email privacy@yourprova.com. We will delete the transcript, scorecard, materials, and access records we hold, and we will ask Tavus to delete your session. We cannot erase host logs. We aim to respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU you may also complain to your data protection authority.
9. Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Our database and host encrypt stored data at rest. Access on our side is limited to administrators. Tavus and Anthropic process data under their own policies.
10. Children
The service is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
11. Changes
We will post any material change here and update the date above.
